Foxhollow Poultry Farm produces gourmet, pastured, Heritage and French Poultry and eggs. Customers can purchase from us at the Downtown Des Moines Farmer's Market or directly from the farm. We also sell to restaurants and work closely with chefs to produce exactly what they are looking for in terms of taste and quality.  We do not take shortcuts when growing our poultry. We choose heritage and slower growing breeds from French parentstock for taste and texture as well as to promote sustainability on our farm.
